Both our camera's at work have these cards.
They seem to do the job as long as your network is available. I don't use them very often, but when I do they always work. Only problem I have is that I forget to leave the camera turned on for a minute or so after taking the last pic. Doing so stops the upload. Turning the camea back on will restart it though.
I've got no complaints, although I don't know what will happen when you are away from your wifi taking pics and then come back in. I assume that when you turn the camera on, it will automatically start.

NO, only the higher end card will upload RAW file
