Make an inset of the license plate to make the BOOZE MAN stand out in this photo?

Could be done in Photoshop

It would be quite a stretch to get it clear enough to read when you blow it up that much. Next time go close and shoot just the tag and that wide shot and then inset it in Photoshop

If you're asking about cropping in to just the plate, I doubt you'll end up with a useful image.

Enlarge just the tag and insert it into the original photo. Just had the little JPG to work with but you get the idea.

I have no idea why it added the extra reverse at the top and bottom so just ignore it
