Possibly a card reader error corrupting the file copy. It can be that if you try to read in the file from the card again, the next try might be more successful. Just saying, the camera probably does not consider the card file to be corrupted. If you investigate whether the camera does consider the card file to be corrupted (can the camera show it?), then you will know much more about if the card file is actually corrupted or not.

If this is what it looks in computer, see if it is all right in the camera. If so, use USB cable to transfer the image and then check. In case it is now fine, the error may be in the card reader.
