Hi all names Paul from Lincolnshire, just purchased a D3200 and extra lenses. I have an 18-55, a 35mm 1:1.8G, a new Tokina Macro 100F2.8. Flash is Neewer Speedlite 750 with FC16 transmitter and receiver. Brought this lot to learn or try to learn to take better picture's of my Mbuna's. uploadfromtaptalk1445356022413.jpguploadfromtaptalk1445356040065.jpguploadfromtaptalk1445356058822.jpg

Welcome!

I used to breed freshwater angelfish, and had as many as 17 aquariums going at a time. I got pretty tired of cleaning tanks and changing water! :)

hello and welcome

i have read people cover 3 sides with white paper and position the flash above the tank while they shoot thru the tank front, i have never tried this.

Thank you all, something very fishy, lol. Thanks for advice regarding the white sides. I get best results flash from above and tripod set up. No reflection or glare.
