Xlr options

I'm wondering what is out there? The cheaper the better as it's for me to mess about with more than anything.

I have some nice mics that I'd love to have hooked up to my dslr, but there are very few interfaces that I can find for xlr into the body.

Any ideas?

Here in the US... Amazon lists a brazzillion "xlr to 3.5mm" connectors...

I can't find them. I forgot to mention that it needs phantom power too.

That won't work as the mics I want to use need phantom power, hence asking about interfaces. Thank you though man. I wish it was as simple as just getting an adapter!

You mean something like this?

Hey man, yeah I found that one. I thought I was onto a winner, except it needs to be rewired to correctly work with dslr's. It has a 3 band mini jack rather than the standard 2 band. It's geared for mobile.phones.

I know you want to keep it on the inexpensive side but this Tascam DR-70 is super and I can use my phantom power mics and get up to 4 channels of sound.Check good ol 'B&H.
