Hi guys i have upgraded to a d7200 to get better quality pictures and faster focusing etc. I use the tamron 600mm as i did with the d5200 are there any seperate setting in the camera that will help me as there are so many i dont understand them all.
I have set up back button focus and using 9 focus points. color to vivid and continuous to low buffering reasons. Every bit will help cheers guys.

Are you going to shoot raw,i would also consider auto ISO,try a max of 3200,if it gives too much noise for you knock it down to 1600 but my guess is it will be ok up to 3200.

Back button will give you AFS and AFC depending on if you keep it pressed thats the combination i would try,i think its the Tamron your using if so myself and gramps found leaving OS on on a tripod had no detrimental effect,in fact with all those pixels on a DX unless your tripod is 100% rock solid it may even help, try it and see.
