Suggested Tutorials

My Nikon D3200 is on its way to my home. I've been reading up on the camera and watching some videos to familiarize myself with the vocabulary and functions. Can anyone suggest a video/tutorial that I can watch/read to help me get started? Thanks!

Howdy Rachel, check out youtube. if you just search for Nikon D3200 I am sure there will be a wealth of video's for you to peruse... Enjoy :)

I don't know if you have previous photography experience or if you are just new to the d3200, but I will give my standard advice. I strongly encourage newcomers to learn the basics of exposure first thing before even reading the owner's manual. If you get familiar with the relationship of shutter aperture and iso, you will have a much better appreciation of your camera manual and camera specific sites like Horoscope mentioned above. Getting this basic understanding of exposure will save you a lot of frustration a few weeks down the road. Here are two links, but the web is full of basic info on this.
