Extreeme AF adjust

I got a Tokina 24-200mm ..not expensive but just the FX range I wanted ...AF adjust was -20 and could have done with -30 who knows...
So off with the mount ( inc all the connection fingers falling out and needing a tweezer rebuild) and into the lathe . Shaved off 3 thou.
Now at +12....success (just)

which goes to show the impotance of AF fine tune in a long lens

You have much larger cojones than me sir. My hat is off to you!
