If you're in Wyoming, don't take pictures of PUBLIC LANDS/Cattle Ranches

I didn't see that this has been posted anywhere yet and also not sure of the correct category. If I search for something on eBay immediately ads for it will haunt me forever on FB or Yahoo or any other website I might browse. But if I were take a photo on PUBLIC lands in Wyoming, and share "data" with a regulatory agency if I suspected health hazard violations, watch out.

Is it no wonder why there is so much conflicting information out there? This link showed up in my Facebook news feed this morning with the following quote:
