D60 Remote

I want to get a MLL3 remote for my Nikon D60. when I search,I got anything from $1.99-24.00. They all looked the same, said Nikon and made in China. Are they all alike or is there away to tell the better ones.

They're all pretty much the same. While I might have second thoughts about buying one for ninety-nine cents, I wouldn't spend $25 on one either. I'd tell you to get one off Amazon, or some other legit dealer, in case you need to return it.

The official Nikon ML-L3 is $20.50 through official retailers. Others are simply knock-offs and counterfeits. But using a knock-off or counterfeit won't harm the camera.... it just may not work.

That said, I bought a lot of 10 knock-offs for $14 off ebay once and haven't had an issue with any of them.
