Then it started getting too close so the back yard called for me.

So being in the back yard I started posting pics, the rain eased off and I decided to the hell of it lets get out in it.
With a storm like that, I'm guessing any time he wants.

In this it was constant pressure, meaning a trigger firing off when a shot had finished. was that Prolific.

Yes it became what I wanted to frame the lightning in, thats how amazing this one storm was.

Great captures Scott, very impressive. Can't remember what time it gets dark up your way, it's been a few years since I was in Darwin. Did you need a ND filter for the long exposures if it was still light?

Never had a ND filter on. But was still kind of light.

Oh there was rain, but luckily it held out long enough for me to capture this storm
