Only rule being getting the desired shot done by any means necessary.





And inching my way item by item, day by day trying various little things. I think the dust plague in the black shots is here to stay until I find some kind of blower or just leave it for post to remove all of that junk. Whites seem much, much easier but don't have the same sophisticated feel to them.

And starting to mix more of actual flashes in rather than painting with my ring light,

I'm also getting closer to possibly writing up a tutorial on this since lightpainting I've been using can be done with good results by any gear out there. Figure newbies would appreciate a new idea to easily play with that they wouldn't figure possible without "fancy" equipment.
