New Years Day Cooking

It has become some what of a tradition for me to make wontons on New Years day.

The wrappers come in a package of 60 so @ four per bowl of soup they last me quite a while (in the freezer) :)


Over the following two evenings I made a batch of chocolate biscotti and shortbread cookies...

I also mixed up a batch of pizza dough, it ferments in the frig for three days and then is punched down and allowed to rise for two hours before shaping. This mix will make four 12" pies.

Three portions went in the freezer and I baked one..
