Problem with language

Hi my apologies if I'm in the wrong place. I need help. I have my D3200 set at fine L format. On my computer I can view pics but on my laptop n tc it says foreign format. Is it the size? Or any other suggestions pls.

Welcome,it shouldn't be the L fine setting,have you tried a quick snap of something at a different setting to see what happens,sounds more like you need some updates or a different file reader.

Is your PC running Windows? If so, you probably need to install this bit of software: Microsoft Camera Codec Pack.

The OP has no problems viewing Jpegs on his home computer, just on his laptop. The codec is for viewing RAW files...No?
