Please forgive my ignorance, but what is the purpose of the two pics in Teds post? I'm extremely new to all of this and don't understand what I'm supposed to see. Thanks!
He was really reprimanding her for crossing against the light. She ignored his warnings. I think she was pretty embarrassed.

First picture shows the sharpness of the photo taken with the 50mm 1.8 lens. 2nd picture shows a cropped portion of the same picture, again, showing the clarity and sharpness of the picture. The picture was for demonstration purposes only.
