D7100 (and D5200) Getting Another Price Drop

New Nikon D7100 and D5200 price drops | Nikon Rumors

If you're looking to upgrade to either of these cameras, now would be a good time to do it. I just might be getting my D7100 sooner because of this.

I noticed lots of D5200 specials out there. With the D5300 having been out for awhile, is Nikon just trying to move old inventory? Are they still manufacturing new D5200s today?

Just ordered a D7100/18-140 from B@H Photo, great deal. I'm coming back from a short stint into MFT camera it was not for me.

Just noticed that the price of the 7100 went up by a hundred dollars to 996. Anyone know why?

I believe the prior pricing was a holiday sale discount rather than a change in list price. Once the sale dates expired, the pricing went back up.
