D7000 not able to select focus point in AF-S mode

Hello ,

My D7000 is in the AF-S mode, and I am unable to select a focus point. The focus point seems to be fixed on the center of the viewfinder.
Turning either the the rear control or the front control wheel doesn't help.
Reset my settings too ( pressing the QUAL and +- simultaneously) , but the problem remains.

Please help.

It's not the wheels that you should use to change the focus point but the multi-selector (just around the OK button).

The L position around the joy stick control is Lock. It locks the focus point so it cannot move. Simply unlock it to change it.
