Nikon D3200 Help

I have a Nikon d3200 and it works wonderful and I've taken beautiful pics with it, but today I was trying take a pic of myself and I have it on all the settings I want it on, but its coming out blurred. I will upload the pic. I just don't know why its not as clear.

I agree with Marcel I don't think you have enough light. More than likely you are seeing motion blur caused by your camera as it drops shutter speed trying to capture the image. Could also be your lens was too close to the subject & not able to lock focus.

What settings were you using?
