d7100 & flash

i was trying to find the right setting to use my external flash on my new d7100 but i cant come up with the best settings
am honstly new here and am using 18-105 lense and a Goodox Flash.... any help guys ?

Well there are no "best settings" really... The best setting for your camera and flash will depend entirely on what you're trying to do and the kind of ambient light you're using, if any, in conjunction with the flash.

What model Godex do you have and how are you wanting to use it?
