Shutter count

So I was curious as to what the shutter count is on my D7000. I don't use as it much since I got my D600 in April 2013. In the old days of flickr, you could see shutter count in the exif and way back then, I had about 38K clicks. I googled shutter count and found a site where I could upload a RAW file to check the shutter count. It showed 24,8xx. Huh? How can this be?

Check your shutter - it may be stuck .8 of the way down …

You can still see it in the flickr stacker app

i use a shutter count app free from the play store on my note, works like a charm!
