Aperture in M mode

I have just started to use M mode on my camera. I was shooting today and was able to change shutter speed with the dial and ISO in the settings but couldnt find how to change aperture. Any ideas?

Nice shot. Composition could use a little work. Also opening up the aperture could have yielded a blurred on/off button, bringing the exposure compensation button more to the foreground.
Bringing up whites, and blacks in Lightroom would have helped.
Overall a nice capture.:bull_head::lemo:

And what with the lighter area top right... moves my eye out of the area of interest :p
