Affordable 70-210mm Lens

Cannot afford Nikon's 70-200mm F2.8 zoom? How about a Nikon 70-210mm F4 Zoom. It's an AF lens but since our D7100 have the built-in focus motor it will work. Looks like it's in mint condition and for $199 the price is right. Alright, it's 2-stops below the one I want :(

That one is an f/4-5.6 not an f/4. If it had a constant aperture, it would be a really good price (in fact I once saw a mint Nikon 70-210mm f/4 for $199). You should be able to find a better price on that lens, but that's just my opinion.
