having trouble taking continous pics

looking for some trouble shooting tips before i take my camera in. i have the mode on either l or h for continuous mode but it only takes one photo. anyone have any ideas? thanks!

How's the battery? All charged up? Continuous mode takes a lot of juice, so I'd check the battery first.

Do you have the CL mode shooting speed changed to 3 or 4 frames?
