Stumbled across this E-Book (Free Download). For a rookie like me, it will be helpful.

For the record, I just went through this and it requests your Name and email address and an optional company, phone number, and check box to receive updates (I left it unchecked). You then get two emails. The second one has a link which has another link (I know...why?) to the actual PDF. I downloaded the PDF and ran a virus scan which did not turn up anything suspicious. I have not actually looked at the book yet, so I cannot comment on the content.
