I found this somewhere and not sure if I had posted it already.
It is a page about lighting placement and there is an interactive, "object" I guess, where you can click on different positions of the strobe/light and see the effect immediately on the subject. Also, use the drop box navigation menu and see a lot more info on different types and positions of lighting.
