Flash power guide...
Here is a guide you can tape to your flash to help with your flash needs.
How to use.
Expose for the background and use the settings against the chart for your flash power. For instance, if you are exposed at f-8 to the back ground and your ISO is 200, set the power of your flash to 1/8th power to get proper exposures. Remember, you must be around 6 to 8 feet from the subject.

That is a great chart particularly for those of us who use older flash units with older style guide charts. . . . or those that were worn off.

That chart for strobes? All my hot shoe flashes have guide numbers half that, haha. Time for some strobes.
