Hogle Zoo, Utah

The wife and I went to the zoo today to play with our Tamron 200-500mm and a Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8. Here are some of the pictures of the day.

Very nice. Makes me want to go to the zoo. Then I look at my phone, and see it's 20 degrees out, and I change my mind quickly. Let's go summer!!!

It was 23 degrees when we started out this morning. Warmed up to 32 degrees. But with my snow pants and my north face long underwear, I felt like it was 80 degrees. At some points, I was roasting.

The quality of the Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 in Moabladies photos is so evident. Especially those elephant shots.

Great series guys.

Great series, love the Chimp in black and white. I reckon the head on elephant would make a good B&W conversion as well.
