New guy from Nevada

Hello, new guy from Nevada. This site is awesome! I'm a newbie photographer so I will continue to do a lot more reading than writing on this forum. I played with my moms new 7100 on Christmas and fell in love with it. Now I'm trying to justify to the wife I NEED one lol. It is a major upgrade from my d5000. One would say I like to capture outdoor images more than anything else. Anyways thanks for all of the great information on here.

My friend upgraded to a fx so he is selling me his 7000 for a good price. Looks like I won't own a 7100 any time soon but I don't think I will be complaining with the 7000 for sure.
