Ok,
So I've spent the better part of the last 3 years blasting away with a D3000 and I think I'm really late to the party, but it's time for an upgrade. Looking to get my hands on a D7100 over the holidays, but I've run into a dilema.
Local shops and big-box stores in my area are now advertising limited remaining quantities of D7100's with the 18-105mm lense kit, and are promoting the new D7100 with 18-140 lense kit.
From all the reading I've done, and conversations I've had with pro-photographers, the 18-105mm lense is a workhorse, a solid-favorite for every-day use. But all of a sudden they're now offering the 18-140mm instead.
Has anyone used the 18-140mm yet? Is it better than the 18-105? Should I be rushing to get a D7100 with the 18-105 before stock is depleted?
Thanks guys!
