A family member dealt with this company a while back, and purchased a Nikon D610 body. There was no charger, or battery, and these had to be purchased separately. I had a chance to look at the item, and it was obvious it was a gray import from Japan, and hence no battery or charger came with it, as they would not have been compatible with the USA's main's voltage.
Also, as this is a gray import, Nikon USA will not honor the manufacturer's first year warranty, and they will never ever service this item, not even for a fee.
Nikon USA will refer you to the original seller, and I doubt they will want to know. My relative also purchased an extended warranty, although from what I can see from the documentation that relates to it, it's pretty much worthless.
If any servicing ever needs to be done, then I hope we can find a place in Canada that might help us out!
Another sting in the tail this seller had for my unfortunate relative was the shipping. She'd paid for expedited air shipping (and paid a pretty penny, too), only to find the item was sent overland by a much cheaper method. She did call the company up about this, but the person she spoke to was neither very pleasant, nor very helpful. He told her he'd offer her a credit to be redeemed against a future purchase, but there won't be any future purchases.
Now, not even a year on, the camera is exhibiting focus issues. It might be time to look into repair facilities in Canada!
I think readers can make up their own minds as to whether it's going to be worth dealing with this company based on what I have said.
My advice is to stick to the respected on-line retailers you know, places like Amazon, Adorama, and B & H. I've dealt with all of them, several times, and I've never had any issues with them.
