Hey,

I posted a few weeks ago with a cosplay photoshoot (my first ever) and now i've had the opportunity to photograph a male model and use my umbrella outside for the first time. Here are a few of the photos, can I have opinions on the lighting, the composition and overall shot? I want to get better so I appreciate all comments.

So what would you suggest? Increase my ambient light? I actually had a reflector with me but with no way of holding it, I couldn't use it :/

Maybe try moving the umbrella closer to the camera so the angle is not quite so extreme

the only issue with that is I was mainly using a 105mm lens so I had to step way back away from the umbrella. Would you say my lighting is split lighting? I tried to angle it diagonally like Rembrandt but it looks like I failed.
