d7000 focusing problem

I have the Nikon d7000 and I use 2 different lenses with it. I am having the problem that when I take a photo, whether with autofocus or manually, it does not ever look clear through the lense - it looks slightly blurred. Up close, far away, any time it looks blurred. But the actual photo that I take is completely clear. It is this way with both lenses, so it must not be the lense. I have wiped, cleaned everything I can think of. Its truly a blurred look, no like something dirtying it up. Like I just can't get it focused (not my eyes either). It's odd how the photos are clear though. What am I missing? I messed with the AF fine tune as shown in some videos, that did not fix the issue. Thank you for any help, I am so frustrated.

Try adjusting the diopter adjustment on the eyepiece. This will clear things right up.

As dmc said, try adjusting the diopter. Just remember that the diopter will be set for your eye. If someone else uses the camera, the view could be blurred for that person.
