Hi all,
have just joined the forum, I am from North Lincolnshire in England and have joined the forum looking for advice and tips as I hopefully progress and improve my photography.
I have a D5100 that I got last Christmas with a Nikon 70-300vr zoom, Sigma 10-20mm and the 18-55mm kit lens that came with the camera.
I look forward to meeting everybody and seeing all your great work.

​Guidelines to adding a photo to your post.

1. Resize photo to 1000px on the long side.
2. Resolution set to 72ppi (Pixels Per Inch)

These guidelines will be good for viewing on a computer but will not be good for printing. This will help safeguard your copyright.

Wow, thank you for the super quick welcomes to the forum.
Is it possible to embed images from Flickr here as well as upload?

Welcome. You'll have a wonderful time here and meet some great people. Yes, you can upload photos from other sites. When you make a new post click on the 'upload photo' icon and give the URL address.
