I love the bird, the lighting, the sharpness and the composition but…,here comes the feedback that you might not want to hear, when I try to focus on the main duck, I get distracted by the leg of the duck in the bottom left corner. My eyes just keep wandering on the bottom corner as much as I would like them to stick to the main duck. So I'd suggest cropping and/or burning in and blurring of the duck in the foreground bottom left corner.

Not a bad shot, but there are some significantly distracting elements.

And by "elements" I mean duck-butts.
