Hello from Kansas!

Hello all! Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Travis, from Wichita KS. I am a beginner looking to expand skills and pick up some tips along the way. I just purchased a D5200 to replace my old D40 I've had for 5+ years. I don't have much equipment--the kit lens (Nikon 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6) and Nikon 55-200mm 1:4-5.6), and a cheap tripod.

I've been browsing the forum the past few days and it looks like a great place to learn!
