tornado in Hemet

I managed to get a few shots of a tornado that ran out of control spinning its track through the small town of Hemet about 75 miles north of San Diego, soon after i took the shot I spotted another larger one following it, things were getting out of hand so I had to

put my sun glasses on to stop the dust.

When I was a kid we used to call things like that Dust Devils. Great shot!

We saw these (usually while playing sandlot baseball) as kids. The game would stop completely as we all tried to chase them down. The goal was to get directly in front of it and let it sweep over you.

yeah I have also heard them as dust devils, usually see them blowing up leaves, I have stood in the middle of one too, just by luck, but I am no where near as famous as Helen Hunt

Saw one of them when I was up at Glacier Point in Yosemite. Just popped up out of nowhere in front of a couple Asian tourists. Gone 20 seconds later. I have a photo somewhere...
