It only took 5 days 
That's It! I sent my D7000 to Nikon Canada ( Vancouver BC) to have it adjusted(photos looked like 30 grit sandpaper) got it back within 5 days works like a charm now I have had excellent service from Nikon, never a hesitation or delay. All I can say is "Awesome"
