D3200 to D7000

Hi guys

Just gone from d3200 to a D7000.
Slowly getting to grips with it,
How do u hide the photo info from the bottom of the pic . or does it always remain there. Its displays date and things like that on very bottom of picture. I wondered if the pic you have taken will fill the whole lcd without this info showing

There is no way that I know of to turn it off nor do I think that i would want to. It's valuable info.
