My name is Jon and I live in Norfolk (UK)
I've had the D7000 since the end of last summer and have just treated myself to a 300mm F4 :)

Many moons ago I started with a Zenith E. A big Ruskie manual job that taught the mechanics of photography.

I now look forward to learning lots more about my wonderful setup!

Welcome aboard Jon.
I too am using a D7000 and recently purchased a Tamron 18-270 3.5 lens. I love this camera and the lens won't come off the body because it is just too much fun to use.

Hope you have a great experience being a member here. I have learned a lot of stuff from the members here.
