Hey nikonites nikonien. Im Eddy. Been following this forum for half a year now but decided to register couple of days back. Like some of us, we started with film camera and mine was Minolta Super Dynax 5. First few days with it was amazing With my sunpac, I able to capture portraits with ease but for landscapes or any objects, on a new roll, I'd get only 5 out of 36. That's amazing right. I know. I'm messed up. That's how I got started ...
Now, I'm with D300. Was disappointed with Nikon participating CES few days back. Where's D300/S replacement? I've tried D600 but the 'feel' is not there. Only option given, the D800/E. I don't need that MP. If I were to get this, I think I need to upgrade my desk/laptop. Well. I just gonna wait for the next CES in Japan next month. Hopefully, D400 or D8000, will be there ...
BTW ... I still consider myself an amateur.
