almost surprised that a 5200 is coming out, but good for Nikon to keep such a full lineup available for every budget and imaginable use. Looks like they will have their consumer and semi-pro users well covered. Now onward to the very high End, maybe a D5?
I think the current 5100 is already at an amazing price of less than 500 dollars for body.
Bad photographers always blame their body
I believe that some people think that a better camera will make them a better photographer.

With that said, better software will provide better results, making a good photo a better photo.
Agreed, today's gear certainly helps, but it can't replace our own eyes and brain. As for spitting out these new models, it seems that they want to update the two lower end DSLRs once a year, flitering down to updating the big guns every three years or so. I'm not sure about this new D5200, to wait and buy it or buy a second D5100, as i really think the D5100 is one of the best Nikons in their whole line up. I've hardly touched my D7000 since owning the smaller, lighter version!Having a good camera and good lenses may not make you a good photographer but it sure helps. Nikon seems to be spitting these new models out rapidly. That sort of scares me.
