Yes I may try using a tripod next time. Its not easy holding the camera in one hand and throwing a ball in the other, plus he was only 4ft in front of me lol."the ides of march" have passed I believe lol.
Motion blur is a neat effect. Would have been nice to have the dog a little sharper (but a moving ball means moving dog lol). And a shorter shutter speed would have stopped the motion of the ball also and defeated the purpose.

This mornings sunrise while climbing to 30,000ft heading to work.
Great shot, bet it would look even better if you were descending from 30 000ft heading home from work.
