I'm always searching for places to print calendars. Can I ask where you printed it, or did you buy some kind of card stock and print it yourself?
When I did the church calendar, we had a local printer do them as a non-profit (costs less, too), and they did a nice job. However, ours were saddle stitched (stapled) rather than doing the spiral binding like yours is finished.
I use Shutterfly Cindy. I only order six calendars so I don't get a break, but they do take bulk orders. Here's the link to their bulk order page.
