My daughter asked me if I can post some photos taken by her on this web board. This is the way saying Thank You so Much for your commends and likes at here: http://nikonites.com/off-topic/23253-my-daughter-fighting-3.html#axzz34I585Ue4 so I am going to post photos taken by my beloved daughter on nikonites. Cos I set my cam to RAW I have to pp it. But Janine is sitting next to me and tells me what she wanted me to do. Crop or not, filter or not, and so on. I can tell you that only she is "PP" by herself. I am only the guy who moves the mouse.

This photo was taken by my cousin. So you can see her in action. Cousin is shooting with Canons. He studies photography and he is doing it for a living now.

That day my daughter Janine, age 6 years and 9 month, took my D5100. The Nikon 16-85mm was on it. She just took one test shot and complained that the cam was to heavy for her.

I opened my camera bag and told her that she should choose one lens she likes. Actually she shoots with the 18-55mm but that day she took the Nikon 40mm. She took a test shot of my cousin who took the first photo of her you see at the beginning.

She felt very comfortable with that comb D5100 and the 40mm and took another shot of her cousin.

So my friends sometimes if my daughter takes photos and she tells me to post here I will do it.

We've seen some of her work before with the D90 (I think). Start her off young. Keep 'em coming Janine. Good job!!

Very nice job Jenine. :encouragement:
Maybe when you turn 18 you can buy my Sigma lens that's for sale on the market place. I'm sure it will still be available .:fox:

My daughter is looking for a smaller Nikon. I think she wants a V1 or so.

BTW, thank you from Janine. She will keep taking photos posting here. She wanna let you know that school, dancing and swimming comes first. That's the reason not taking photos everyday for Janine.

This is awesome! You should do photo walks and then post up your vision, and then her vision of the same walk. It would be really cool to see what styles you both like and share. Versus where you two differ. Would be an interesting experiment.

After yesterday's Photography Lessons with Daddy, my daughter decided to take the Nikon d5100 and the Nikon 35m 1.8 lens.

We are practicing holding the cam stable and composing. She laughed so often about me cos I showed how not to do.

I am pretty sure that she will me allow posting photos taken by her.

I start let her shooting JPEG and P Mode. So she can resize and crop easier by herself. When she can handle it well we will go a step further.

I bought just a external hard disk only for her. She is so happy getting her own stuff

Those photos are taken when she was using the 18-105mm
