Looking at whats available and wanting to use them on my D7000,taking auto focus out of the equation, will i notice any difference with results from AI/AIS,D,OR G lenses, will i lose any vital connectivity with the AI/AIS lenses,at the moment i have a leaning towards the AI/AIS lenses 35mm,50mm,and 200mm which will have to be the early one, this made me think perhaps a trio of classic Nikkors but am open to advice.
I have all ranges covered already that i need this would just be nice things to collect and use when i want to.

If you're getting into manual focus lenses, don't forget to replace you D7000's focusing screen. Digital focusing screens are not matted enough for good manual focus. Check out Katzeye or google focusing screens. Before I got one, it was just painful to see a good shot misfocused. Replacing my focusing screens both on my 7000 and 700 changed all that.

I have been manually focussing my Tamron Macro and relying on my eyes to see if its correct, are you saying I would benefit aswell or is the D800E good for manual focus?

One you might want to have a look at as well is a 24mm f/2 AI-S. It's a great little lens and superb value considering it's faster than the 'current' 24mm 2.8D.
