Picture framing

Thinking about doing my own framing. I have some experience with woodworking but not framing. Have any of you tried This? Where can I find the proper equipment? I searched the Web and got a ton of junk back.

You will need a high quality miter box to get perfect 45º cuts on the framing material. I have some hand made corners I use to keep the pieces in place while the glue dries. They are "L" shaped with a groove cut in the two outside edges. I glue the pieces together, place the corners at the corners of the frame and then use nylon cord and wrap it tightly around the periphery of the frame several times, tying it off to maintain it tight. Let the frame dry for at least 8 hours before removing the corners.
