Sand Hotel, Marina Singapore

Just a sample image taken during my short visit in Singapore. The tall building is the Sands Hotel and Casino which provides a spectacular view if you visit the roof top. Too bad they prohibit the use of tripod.

Nice shot Glenn! Many interesting elements, the bright structure looks like a giant flower!

Great shots Glen. If I recall correctly, the top is supposed to resemble a ship spanning the rooftops of the three buildings, and that it is really one giant swimming pool.

Here is the official link of their website should you or someone wants to visit Singapore. The roof top has an amazing swimming pool that has a bird's eye view of the city. The top is shaped like a ship that connect the 3 hotels together.

Awesome shots! One gripe with this forum is if a picture is too big the icons on the left will show up on top of the image...

That's why you should resize your photos to no more than 800x600, then upload.

Will there is a collapse button on the far right edge near the first story of the new threads column.

Thanks! I never even thought to look. MUCH better.

Thanks for all the like(s). I didn't even realize the complications of using a larger size picture. I don't have any trouble viewing it on my 11 inch Mac airbook using firefox. I'll keep that in mind next time.
