What's important is that you like the photo but just a few things I noticed:
1) You cropped her off at the knee joint which looks a little odd to me.
2) She seems a bit soft (especially the hair and left hand), perhaps your shutter speed wasn't fast enough to freeze the motion?
3) I think the image would be stronger if the background was more blurred (shallow DOF)
4) I also think the image would be stronger if you crop some of the left off to obey more to the rule of thirds.

Got to agree with everything gohan2091 said plus it would have been better in the portrait orientation showing all of the girl. Also the curb leading to her cut off legs just accents the fact that you cut them off.
