I briefly edited a screenshot of it as I also was unable to download a decent version, however I didnt get far as once Id altered the brightness levels I couldnt find much I was interested in.
The red sun through the tree is mildly interesting but the mass of foliage in the middle and the lack of anything interesting in the foreground is offputting, sorry I cant be more positive about it

calm down Don, I just did that so that I could see what it was I was supposed to be looking at
The image doesn't do it for me - sorry.
I suspect the highlight is the sun but this is dwarfed by foliage which is bleh!
@Don Kuykendall when I first joined Nikonites and saw the "Editing" box I said "No" because I thought the questions was "Do I use editing?" and at the time I didn't. I shot RAW and Jpeg and posted the Jpegs. It took about 4 months for me to realise that it meant "can others edit my pictures"
Maybe the question can be rephrased for people like me - as it seems like the OP has no objection (as I would not have had) to others editing and helping.
This photo has a sense of mood and personal place, even to me, I know back yards like this , and I know the 'feel', I'm not surprised you are fond of it.
It doesn't however have the general public type of appeal, because the presentation isn't of that type.
Id leave it as it is,though, and consider it a 'personal pic'.
