Gimbal head for tripod

I am looking at gimbal heads to support my Nikon d3200 and Nikon 200-500 mm lens. I have an older, but sturdy aluminum tripod; but I would like a gimbal head since I enjoy bird photography. Prices are a bit steep for Jobu or Wimberly. However, I'm leery of really inexpensive ones under $100. I have read about an import called Nest. A camera outfitter in Montana imports it. Price is under $300, plus shipping. It is carbon fiber. Does anyone have knowledge of this product?

I have the Nest for over a year now and you will not be disappointed. The dealer (Camera Cottage) is very knowledgable and a straight shooter.

I had lensmaster for years in fact I had three.

I know the chap, from many many many talks and chats, the tripod in his video is a Giottos he is great and makes all his own at home, you can visit him, they are SUPERB, get one, I now use Wimberley and Benro CF Gimbals as I work for living now but BUY LENSMASTER and avoid cheap chinese/indian ones thin metal that will rust and NO bearings.

Are Wimberley worth it............. Well I have one, the MK2, and NO, yes they are good but nothing outstanding, when you get over £250 there is not much between them

I never know why posters don't add a link in their replies to help
